Even through the Corona Crisis, our online store is still open.
There’s a lot of uncertainty in the world right now. Governments are taking measures to slow down the spread of Covid-19. Citizens are encouraged to practice social distancing and limit non-essential travel. We’re all doing our best to navigate through this pandemic.
Online businesses also face unique questions and uncertainties. One thing we don’t want you to feel uncertain about is whether our store will keep running.
Our drop-shipment partners are following public health guidelines and keeping safe. Everyone who can is working from home and there is an increase in the frequency of cleanings at the fulfillment centers, including taking extra care to disinfect highly trafficked areas. We’re also working hard to fulfill your orders so you can help spread hope and unity during these dark times.
Packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.
Refunds are given only for misprinted/damaged/defective items and must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
